Gods Will Be Watching is the fourth and also the title chapter of the game Gods Will Be Watching.

Differences from the Original Game[]
- In the original game, Doctor Zenész had the action to repair the radio. This would fix the radio by 2%. However in the current game, you can only talk, kill or tell the Doctor to make medicine.
- In the original game, Sarah had an action known as "Group Therapy" which would use up all of your 5 actions but in return, give the group extra morale but in the current game she has an action known as "Prepare Pep Talk" which has the same effect as "Group Therapy" but you are able to choose when the pep talk is told and it wastes only 3 actions, not 5.
